    Poor 2.0
    Nice rooms but horrible experience.
I called prior to booking to see if parking was included and was told yes. It wasn't so that tacked on an extra $71 CAD. We got into our room and it wasn't the type of room I booked so we had to wait and be moved. The neighbors were rowdy till 2am (for most of the time we thought the sound was from outside because of the music but that was incorrect). We were awoken early by howling dogs in the room above us and a housekeeping crew who seemed to be playing bumper cars in the hallway smashing their cart into our door. The room was lovely but the experience was awful. Oh, and $16 CAD for a bottle of water from the mini fridge. Ouch.

The back of the house staff was apauling they put dirty sheets on the bed twice and took 3 hours to come with clean sheets and then told us they don’t make beds. The front of the house was great and the location was perfect.

    Beautiful New Hotel
Beautiful new hotel in the newly planned Wharf District of DC. It’s a very manageable walk to the National Mall and is a very popular but comfortable area at night.

    Very nice
Beautiful hotel. Very clean and modern. They took extra precautions during coronavirus (like wrapping door handles/remotes in plastic) to make sure everyone is comfortable. There is an espresso maker in the room, that was a huge plus. The only negative is it’s very difficult to find the hotel late at night. There were no clear signs where to park, when we finally found a parking space, there were no signs directing you to the hotel. The entrance of the hotel is on the side in an alley. We walked around in circles with our heavy luggage and that was unpleasant. Other than that, very nice hotel.

    Overall great escape from reality.
The place was amazing and the service was very generous. The room was amazing and clean. The only problem I had was with the tv. I use streaming services but the streaming wasn’t working the whole time I stayed there. The technicians said they would fix The problem during the time of our stay but we’re unable to fix it and never got back with us about the problem. The front desk was very kind and understood.

    It was alright
Tables weren't wiped down properly. Our robes and slippers had to be requested and weren't already in the room. As far as turn down service our shower doors weren't wiped well. Looked as if they had been smudged with some dry towel and no cleaning solutions. Overall the stay was okay and the staff were super friendly.
