Not 4 star at all
Checking in was difficult since there was no clear signage as to where the check in desk is and it is also not in the same building as the suite/rooms. The shower in the room was not properly cleaned and there are limescale build up on it as shown in the pictures below. They only gave 2 towels and housekeeping came every other day. The pool was not as shown in the pictures in hotels.com and the water was dirty.
