Perfect Hotel for College Visits near Northeastern
To a person, your staff was really excellent and helpful. Overall, the experience was good. The only bummer is that there are no restaurants in easy walking distance (not really something that your hotel can address, but thought I'd point it out:)

It was a good stay, nice place. Everyone was very nice, friendly, and helpful. The only thing is the showers. Water was easily leaking onto the bathroom floor so I had to use towels to block it in.

Hotel is beautiful and rooms are modern and well set up. As to be expected when staying in the city, lots of noise at night and there is construction going on in the lot next to the hotel. There was the smell of marijuana in the hallway. The parking rate is quite high $55 per night- valet only.

I have been coming to this hotel since 2018. I have enjoyed this location and the amenities it offers. I love the kitchen and that it right across the street from a grocery store. Not the best grocery store but it works. I have noticed this year the rooms dont look at good as before, the bathrooms ceiling have crack paint, the wall paper seems to be coming off to name a few. I am not saying its not clean just need some renovations.

My experience was a good one. I had a little hiccup with checking in because I was charged for the room even though I already paid on Expedia, but the staff was very friendly and very nice and corrected the mistake. The room was clean very neat and it was quiet on the floor I was on which was the second floor. Valet parking was $55 a night which wasn’t too bad. Street parking is available but it’s usually already filled up. That’s the only issue. I wish there were a better options for parking besides valet in street parking. I would return again to book with this hotel.
