Older building. Not an issue. We did have standing water in tub after showers! Sat on side of tub to wash feet after showers. Comfortable beds & couch. Easy access to beach. Breakfast was good. Parking was tight but doable. Murphy bed was broken.

The location was great as was the staff. We did find a live cockroach crawling around the cupboard that housed the kitchen utensils (ugh and a live earwig running across the kitchen floor). The room and bathroom were clean, the linens were good, breakfast was good. Overall we would stay there again, they really should spray for bugs. :0)

The stay was great. Room was clean and hotel staff were friendly and very nice. The only thing that I would say that needs improvement was fixing a few things. The Handel to the balcony was broke but still usable and the tub needed some repairs. Would definitely give a 9 out of 10. And yes I would stay there again.
