Lousy stay at the Rodeway Inn-South Miami
When we arrived a car was improperly parked in a handicapped space. I’ve had 3 joint replacements and needed that space. We 2X notified the front desk and provided the car owner’s ID #. The front desk staff (2 female staff members) said they work work to resolve the issue with “security”. The car was still improperly parked the next day. TV did not work when we arrived and although the front desk did send someone to fix the TC, we noticed the TV would only have power if the hall light was on. The room’s condition was deplorable, including a rotted out bath tub. We will NEVER stay there again despite the hotel’s ideal location. I predict that when Hotels.com passes this review along to management, the reaction will either be apathy or a lack of understanding of the issues, or both.
