The furniture is old and worn. Two of the lamps did not work. The outlets are loose so the plug falls back out. The floors were dirty like they haven't been cleaned in days, Just take a tissue and run it across the floor and you will see. The pictures on the site are very misleading. The lobby looks more updated than the rooms. There's stains on the sheets and you can see on the walls where they patched holes but didn't properly sand down the compound on the walls before they painted. Also the lock on the door was defective. It looks like a run down motel. I was very disappointed this is not what I am use to.

Please do not stay here the room I payed for is not what was pictured at all !! An entire day of my stay we had no hot water at all , big roaches. Rude staff. The room was never cleaned after being there for 3 days and requesting it to be cleaned several times! Needed new towels and bathing rags and tissue never arrived after calling down to front desk and asking twice! So finally me and my husband went out and bought our own ! Paid for a jacuzzi king room , jacuzzi broke and the bed was definitely a queen! Overall a horrible experience me and my husband had to partake on our anniversary trip
