Excellent stay all the way around
This was not my first time staying here. My room is always clean and and refreshed every day with towels etc. This past Sept I stayed in an expensive Disney resort and they only offered towels every few days. They picked up trash once a week but never cleaned the entire 11 days we were there . I will always come back to this hotel when I visit my daughter in Tempe. The breakfast is always very good and fresh and having the dinner buffet has come in handy for me, once when I didn’t feel well enough to go out and the other when the traffic was so bad I didn’t go out . It was a pleasant surprise

Nice place.
Stayed here while visiting family. We had the suite, which was worth the extra cost. The room was immaculate. It had an older style, but everything looked new. All of tje staff members we friendly and helpful.

Having a walk in shower was nice. The bed was average and the pillows were awful - we went to Costco and bought our own. They were so worn and smaller than a full size pillow on a king sized bed. The breakfast was nothing special - I don't know what other people were all excited about. The location is right next to the freeway so you'll hear cars all night - I suggest you bring earplugs.

Amazing experience
The vibe you get from the staff is amazing. Everyone truly felt happy to be at work. 24hr complimentary coffee and soda, great breakfast, and cocktail hour (3 drinks and small snacks) YES PLEASE. Pool and hottub were nice also. Will be my go to for Phoenix from now on!
