I've stayed here for just over a week now at around 10 days and I couldn't have picked a better place to stay : staff, service, location and convenience. Check in process was smooth and also exchanged USD to NTD (only available if you are a guest) and the room was everything I needed. For a computer guy like me, there's also a LAN cable in the room. Everyday, service was prompt and I had no issues getting new towels and trash picked up. The hotel location is amazing. It's in the heart of everything and 1-2 blocks from 2 major trains, two major malls, and convenience stores every. What I love most about this hotel is all the bus stops to get you anywhere are all within a block. Need to get to airport? Bus is there. Need to get to Syntrend and the digital mall? Bus is there. Need go to Jiefen Old street? Bus is a block away. Staff have been all friendly and helpful and always have a smile. Would stay here again in Taiwan.

New and Improved
We chose this hotel because it includes parking. It seems better than the previous time we stayed here: more of the shops were open and the playroom was much better. The hotel has great service and an eclectic breakfast buffet. The furniture is old-fashioned Chinese rosewood, but the amenities are modern, and notably the shower is leak-proof. My children liked the windowed elevator, the playroom, and the bathtub. Plus there were fancy Christmas decorations around.

A nice old hotel that has lost its glory
