It's not really about my stay it's about that I ordered the wrong hotel in another state when I wanted the hotel in Vermont and I'm waiting for my refund that's what I have with problem with hotels.com and Expedia this was yesterday they sent me the Plattsburgh New York instead of giving me the same hotel I usually stay in when I order online

We had a king room and the room was tiny. Bed was comfortable and clean, bathroom was clean but towels were like sandpaper. Also they say it’s a non smoking property but the hallways reek of cigarette smoke. Door to the room locked but it didn’t feel secure, and the exterior doors did not lock. Will not stay here again, feels very low budget. Stay at the days inn down the street for the same price.

For the price, the hotel was great. Furniture was updated, the room had a refrigerator and a microwave and the bed was comfortable. The only downside was while the rooms were all non-smoking remnants of cigarette smell remains throughout the rooms and hallways. I was thrilled about the breakfast offerings included in the room price.

Adequate, pleasant young person at check in. clean and quiet. Except for the breakfast room motel is a bit run down. Brown in many shades is everywhere. Carpet needs replacing. It appears that someone decided to place a king size bed in a room designed for something smaller. The result is very limited space for moving around. Television did not work, front desk said they would contact maintenance but no one ever came.
