The hotel is under renovations- but they don’t mention that. The construction materials are in the hallways. The place is dusty, disorganized and unfinished. The room had no heat. It was freezing. Avoid this place!

We came during the hotel’s renovation which was not mentioned when we booked our stay. The construction materials are all over the hallway. Our room is all the way at the end. There was no cart to use for our things and luggage. The parking lot at the back, close to our room hasn’t been plowed and the curb is so icy which make it not safe to walk on. And nobody really plowed the snow during our stay until we left on Monday morning. We were there since Friday night. We didn’t get any discount for all the inconveniences.

The worst hotel I ever seen at the front desk called me a racist and after I drove eight hours to stay at a hotel, me and my son were desperately tired and the lady was telling me no you’re not gonna stay here because I asked her if everything was OK because she was unfriendly and fighting and screaming at a coworker very nasty lady. She should be put away behind bars.

The place was under renovation so there was construction noise. The walls were very thin and we could hear other guests' conversations and TVs. We heard every time someone opened or closed a door, which was a problem late at night and early in the morning. There were no lockers for holding luggage before check-in or after check-out, but staff reluctantly agreed to keep it for us as a one-time courtesy behind the front desk. The positive thing was that the bed was very comfortable.

Hotel was under renovation when I got there, which I didn't knowvqhen I booked. Changing hotels was not an option, as it was family weekend at my sons school. Hallways were littered with construction debris as was the parking lot. Got some kind of tar paper on my tire, which made it sound like I was getting a flat. Walls were paper thin and I had the pleasure of being within ear shot of work being done even though it was the weekend. Could hear the guys sing and bicker. Heard a couple, who sounded liked they live there hold a conversation in great detail through the walls during the evening. Music blasting till late at night. If construction was to be done while peolple are staying, then it should be in a different part of the hotel then they they place customers. Room itself was fine, bed was comfortable.

Well there was an incidental charge of $150.00 that you are charged at checkin and refunded on check out to your card kinda high seeing most places holiday inn, Hilton, Marriott, only hold $100.00 the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is still under renovation but overall it’s a new I would say it’s a nice place to stay for the price compared to 200 for most other places I would stay again

I booked this pet friendly room based on some reviews and pictures. Big mistake. When booking online, I reserved anticipating the need for a pet friendly room. Upon arrival, the hotel looked as if was permanently closed. My first thought was, please don't let that be our hotel. It was, evidently they are under construction for a remodel. We were not notified of this. Got inside and had to walk around for several minutes, yelling, "hello!" to find someone to help. Ironically the lady who came to help, opted to answer the phone first, and was rolling her eyes while being extremely rude to the person on the other end. She checked us in, we went to check out our room and were greeted by the smell of urine. We checked the room out, while there wasnt any evidence of bedbugs on the mattress, they were very yellow and stained. We went to check out the pool and other common areas, not being able to access the pool, our key cards weren't working, we peeked in the window to see cloudy water and lots of black sentiment in the pool. On the way through the lobby the clerk stopped us and said that we were going to have to pay an additional fee per night because we had our pet, I had already made that arrangement for the pet when I booked. We ended up leaving, but not after being told that we would still be charged for the night, even though we had been there less than 30 minutes and the the hotel was basically empty. Here we are 5 days later and no refund at all.

Desk attendants were very nice and the rooms were fine, understanding that the hotel is going through renovations/construction and conversion to be a Hilton. Breakfasts are pretty minimal as far as selection, but better than nothing. The hotel housed several people that were displaced by a fire and lost their home. That impressed me greatly that someone involved had a heart.
