It is right on the main drag so perfect location to walk everywhere! It was clean and quiet, our room was nice and updated, beds comfy and there was a small hot tub with a mountain view. Perfect for our trip!

The hotel was super convenient to the area. We were close to all amenities. The staff were all friendly and kind. We have stayed here before. The room we had seemed to be updated, but some items were run down. The ice bucket lid was falling apart, the heater had chipped paint and some sort of foam thing underneath sticking out, carpet had some stains, one of the pillow cases had a stain and the room had a bit of a slope. We weren’t overly bothered as we were only there for sleeping we spent majority of our time out of the hotel.

It was not very good as the jacuzzi was broke and I booked this hotel because of this. They told us we can use the jacuzzi in the next hotel. Very disappointed! Also, not a lot of storage in the room. The dresser drawers kept on opening which was very annoying. Overall not a good experience with this hotel, but Banff is wonderful.

We had a mountain view room and it was nice. The balcony was a corner one and blocked some view but over all nice. Room was clean and cozy. Was good walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

At least they should have bottles of water in the room for guests.
