Do not expect a unique unbelievable experience, but a quality 5-star business hotel in shopping district. Large rooms (with separate dressing, very useful when travelling in couple for 3-weeks holiday; very nice bathroom), confort, excellent service; basic breakfast in the lobby (surprisingly small, the ground floor of the building is rented to luxury shops - unknown "niche" Italian brands), no real restaurants in the hotel. Looks the lobby is trendy for local businessmen as a place for business lunch. Issue if looking for late dinner in the neighborhood (no food after 10pm, just fastfood-style restaurants) . It is Tokyo the luxury part - clean, functional, overpriced, not tourist-friendly - a place to come to try get their money, not to spend your own.
