I like the city view and location. Everything was in walking distance. The rooms was ok but not up to pardon. Everything was dusty things needed to be fixed. Show was mildew, shower stayed filled with water went down slowly. Balcony doors did not lock/ latches was broken, shower head rusty, my bed was on the floor, mattress and box spring. Everything just was right wit this condo for the amount of money I've paid to stay there.

Unfortunately, our experience at this condo was very disappointing. The only real positive is the prime location. The unit itself is extremely outdated and in need of significant maintenance. The headboards on the beds were broken, the bathrooms were not properly cleaned, the sinks were dirty, and the bathroom mats were absolutely disgusting. The air conditioning worked well in the living room, but the bedrooms did not cool nearly as well. Communication was another major issue. Our check-in process was anything but smooth, and getting a response from the property was extremely difficult. Before management responds to this review by saying we should have contacted them during our stay, we DID attempt to communicate. The problem is that messages go unanswered and there is no reliable person available to actually resolve issues. For the price and location, we expected a much cleaner, better-maintained property and a far more professional level of communication. The location is excellent, but unfortunately, that alone was not enough to make this a good stay.

Staff was not helpful at all. When we entered the room at 3pm, the room was a mess and hadn’t been cleaned yet. Reached out to the staff and they said all we ca do is try to get ahold of the owner. Called the hosting company and they said we would get late check out at 12pm but a housekeeper with out knocking came into the room at 11pm. Support over phone said we would receive a credit and still haven’t received it. Overall was a horrible stay and would not recommend! PLS BOOK ELSEWHERE!

Location and view 10 out of 10!!! We stayed at this property for 4 days before our Royal Caribbean cruise out of Port Miami. The port is a 10 minute uber ride. The location is safe to walk around. The mall is a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk. The mall area has tons of restaurants PF Changs, Chipotle, Starbucks etc. There is a small convenience store next to the condo. We ordered Amazon Fresh and they delivered the groceries and water to our door step within 5 hours. Definitely a must!! The condo has everything you need to cook and enjoy meals. Parking is free which is why we chose this property over others. The balcony and view is amazing!! Washer and dryer is located inside condo. Bring your own detergent and dryer sheets. H20 Shampoo/conditioner, body soap and lotion is provided. If you plan on going to the beach bring beach towels. Things we did and loved! Sealine cruise with bar - they have a Groupon for a great price- which is a 5 minute drive to Bayside. We went on the 7:00pm cruise which was during the sunset and the temperature was cooler. Bayside has tons of restaurants and shopping. Blue Martini is a 5 minute walk from condo drinks, music and dancing !! South Beach is a 25 minute drive. We had lunch at the Versace Mansion and then hung out at South Beach for the day. Rented a beach cabana at Trump Towers. We didn’t make it to the pool or the other amenities the condo offers. Great stay ! We will definitely stay here again!
