Hôtel très bien situé, à vingt mn de la gare ferroviaire. Le petit-déjeuner est accessible aux véganes, ce qui est une très bonne chose.

Centralt beliggende i Cardiff centrum, men stadig fredeligt. Ok morgenmad. Men hotellet manglede charme og var slidt. Værelset var et handicap værelse, hvilket er meget upraktisk når man ikke er handicappet

Staff were friendly, responsive and helpful. Breakfast spread was very good and reasonably priced. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms could use better ventilation. 5 months minutes from main shopping area and high streets and 10 minutes from Cardiff Castle and other attractions - park and museums.

Great stay. Comfy and clean. Perfect location. Staff was polite and service minded. Breakfast was well cooked. Only negative is that the room was very warm and the AC did not work very well.

Great location. Close to shopping and very reasonable walking distance to the castle. Large areas for walking and site seeing or shopping. The room was clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

8/10 – Très bien

The room was quite big and ok but the AC didn't work well and it was not possible to open the windows. The room got warm even if the outside temperature was only around 20. The breakfast was very British, with warm food. However no cheese, no cold vegetables and no decent bread (only toasts).

Room did not have a phone, nor a dresser/table. Location was good, close walking to restaurants and shopping.

8/10 – Très bien

A good 15 minute walk from Cardiff Central (Cardiff Queen Street was right behind it) very close to the city centre so easy to get to everything including the castle which was why we were there. Hotel itself is very pretty in the public areas. We didn't try the bar but did have breakfast there one morning which had quite an array. Room was fairly standard no complaints The elevator was out the day we got there so did have to take the stairs luckily we were on the 1st floor so it wasn't too bad just unexpected

An amazing hotel. Can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff, dining and rooms were. The menu for dinner was the best we’ve had on holiday so far. Thanks to all. Definitely recommend for couples.

A wonderful stay with family

Check in staffs are nice and friendly, although we arrived late after midnight, their warm welcome and smile on their face are unbeatable. I love their service provided. My family and I appreciated for their assistance. What an excellent stay!
