I had the worst experience I have ever had.
When I arrived at the property, I was unable to check in. I called them, and they told me I had to complete an online form because my booking agent had not provided my information. I had to call them a third time before they finally helped me complete the form, as there were technical issues. Was have to stand at outside the building with the heat .
I was shocked when I arrived at my room. They gave me one of the tiniest rooms I have ever stayed in. There are only three very small rooms in the building, and unfortunately I was given one of them.
The room was extremely hot, and they only provided a small fan. The ventilation was very poor because the window could not be opened fully, and the shower window was broken. The shower itself was nice, but the sink was extremely small, causing water to splash everywhere. You had to be very careful when using it.
I don’t think this room should be used as guest accommodation. It feels more like a storage room than a hotel room.
Secondly, the television was not tuned to any channels, so I was unable to watch the England vs Panama football match.
The location is decent, with shops and a couple of restaurants nearby.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t sleep at all during the night because the room was far too hot. The temperature was around 30°C, making it very uncomfortable.
Very disappointing for my stay !
