C'est très bien situé dans le Loop. Derrière le millenium park. Plusieurs restaurants autours (très bon). L'appartement était propre et les répondants très réactifs. Il manquait quelques petites choses mais les répondants ont répondu dans l'heure.

Room was very clean. Location was great. Checking in was very confusing. There is no front desk or human to interact with, you just get sent a series of door codes for the access area and your room. Strange set up but clean.

The checkin procedure is confusing and frustrating.The people in the cigar shop were trying to help people but there was noone on sight.The place was cool but some procedures need to be cleaned up and the server was down for the tv.

This is not a standard hotel. There’s no visible staff. I had no issues but if you like having 24/7 on-site staff/ security, this isn’t for you. Access and security is entirely code-based. Location is great. Spacious and clean studio space ideal for extended stays.

This space was fabulous and the location was great. After many many stays in the city, it was fantastic to stumble across a place where a family could truly be comfortable. The rooms were incredibly clean and the floor to ceiling windows were a game-changer. The beds were solid and the toilet player was 2-ply, but other than that, it felt like a luxurious space! We will be back!

One of the best places I've stayed. The apartment was huge, clean, and had full amenities, even washer and dryer and was very reasonably well priced. I would definitely stay here again!

Jumping to entering the apartment, that was very nce. Before that, seemed sketchy as there is no sign and it isn't very nice . So, we worried a bit. All this overcome once we enters the apartment. Very nice complaints are few..a bit noisy. HVAC wasn't clear how to control. And no real included tv channels ( need to login to your home system) I'd stay here again
