Stayed overnight for a business trip. Room was clean and spacious. Shower was a little feeble but otherwise no complaints. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great Hetel in perfect location
This was a very good 2 nights stay. Room very comfortable and well equipped. Location perfect for centre and Metro. The included breakfast was of good standard and even though it was very busy, the staff were amazing at trying to clear tables quickly but not putting pressure on guests. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The only minor problem we had was with the access keys but the staff dealt with that efficiently and apologetically.

Whenever we visit Birmingham. We always use the Snow Hill hotel. It's just a short walk from Birmingham New Street Station and the city centre for the bull ring shopping centre. Rooms are quiet and comfortable, clean, spacious with great views over the city skyline. Staff are very and helpful. We always recommend to friends and family. Thanks again to all staff for making our weekend away enjoyable.

This hotel is conveniently located for the tram stop giving a regular service to New Street rail station. Also it is in walking distance of the City Centre and all that this has to offer. I found the staff very helpful at check-in advising how to find the local bars and restaurants.

Terrible service and zero maintenance on facilitie
There is no working heating on the rooms. I was given an electric heater but only hours after asking for one. The evening staff were the most unhelpful and the morning staff that promised a refund when hearing about this, never processed it! I would not recommend staying there

Hotel in disgraceful condition.
Badly damaged room with no heating and only lukewarm water. The walls were damaged, the bathroom door was damaged and the desktop was damaged. A portable heater was provided after the staff admitted that the heating in the entire building was broken. This in January in the UK, should have been notified at check-in.
