Fifth time staying at this hotel and I can say that this property has significantly underperformed. Service was absolutely terrible. Waiting an hour and a half for dinner and drinks to come almost every night at all the restaurants. Bar area by the pool was a terrible experience. Drinks taste like juice. The party life on the resort is always awesome though.

The food was not the best, the drinks were inconsistent and there was no where for us to watch the NBA games without having to hear loud karaoke music. The Good Vibes lounge does not have signs up and upon leaving, I FELL! The end of the trip, I noticed a $54.95 fee on my account that no one is able to tell me what it’s for.

We were charged for an upgraded room that was still a standard room and the TV never worked. I’m a person that need a TV to sleep so I woke up frequently. When I called, they changed the TV and still couldn’t get it to work. The next day. Someone else came through something and it worked for a little bit but that’s it. Room service was two hour wait and there was no elevators on every building

We had a great time at Breathless Punta Cana! The food was amazing: from the salad bar with seafood to the desserts with endless options. The buffet usually had most of the specialty restaurants' dishes available. So it was super convenient! We stood on the Xhale side, room 4148, it was very spacious, but somewhat bare. Low key felt like we were in a hospital. Never really used the "swim-out" pool, but the proximity to the beach was prime. Xhale came with a free beach bag and access to a top-shelf liqour lounge. The property is beautiful, but the grass was a bit dry here and there. Very clean, and the lit incense near pathways really creates a relaxing atmosphere. We had fun feeding the fush and the turtles in the ponds. The Rock and the Fire shows with outside-performers were amazing. However, the house e-team often looked tired and/or annoyed. Every time they did a Breathless dance before each show/game, the girls especially looked like they hated their job and didn't wanna be there. I'm not the one to tell anyone to smile, but in this case - it is literally in ur job description: u r the e-team, u r here for the guests' entertainment. Smile. The beach was amazing - we walked it for miles. The vendors will give u a better deal if u offer them Coca-cola and/or American candy. Negative: our floaties left by the pool were stolen. We were late to pick them up one day, & they went missing. Our concierge Kelly was unable to track them down. Still 10/10 vacation, would recommend.

We were upgraded to a pool view in excellent location on property. Our concierge, Ramon, was very attentive and helpful. Food options were great- so much food! The beach was beautiful. Despite being a peak travel time- we were able to get lounge chairs and minimal to no wait times for seating in restaurants. Most staff were amazing but some seemed like they needed a vacation of their own. Overall- would definitely recommend and return!

Wonderful property! Super clean, amazing views. Staff were friendly and attentive. The only downfall is the amount of vendors on the beach and how aggressive they are.

Everything is perfect there except for the entertainment is terrible. They really need to work on there shows at night. There should also be more pool parties and better music played at the pool.

This was our first trip to Punta Cana and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The resort was amazing, the food was delicious, and the staff were incredible. We had so much fun every day we were here. We will definitely be back!

Breathless was amazing AGAIN! Our 2nd trip didn’t disappoint and made our minds up that we will be back for a 3rd! Great food options, beautiful beach, and the staff works tirelessly to make sure your stay is everything you want it to be! We had a personal concierge, Ellis, that was awesome! She was in constant contact to make sure we had all we needed. She went above and beyond to make our stay magical! When we book next year we will request her again!!
