8/10 Very good

Pretty good. Great service.

The service was phenomenal. The people working the front desk and breakfast were always very friendly, helpful, and quick to be of. Our AC stopped working late at night and they sent a technician up to reset it rather quickly for the time of day that it was. There was also an extremely loud group in a neighboring room and security came right up and got them to quiet down without much issue. It's a little weird the way you have to make a reservation to use their pool, but once you knew that it was not a big deal. The bed comfort level was fine. Would have been nice if there were more pillows and blankets for the pull-out bed. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. Location was very good for us to spend a 10ish minutes to walk to the inner harbor or fells point.

Not Recommended!

The hotel needs improvements. The room was ok. Our bed sheets were stained. The only amenities in the bathroom were a bar of soap and two make up remover pads which I thought strange. The room had a mini coffee maker and a refrigerator. We had two cups and two bags that weren’t replaced the next day. Our stay included breakfast. We came downstairs and gave one look at the breakfast area and went across the street to Kneaders to eat. The breakfast area was disgusting. Never in my 50 years of travel did I come across an area that was unmanaged. There was very little food left, eggs all over, in general food was all over the place. Obviously there was very little help or none at all. All I could think of was, how unsanitary. For a hotel chain as big as the Hyatt they don’t even offer coffee and tea on a 24 hour basis. Honestly I hesitate to stay at this Hotel again. I chalk it up to poor management.

Ahh

*You can only adjust the thermostat so much. Called and complained and magically it got cooler, and in the middle of the night got warmer. *You have to reserve the pool. Hundreds of rooms and only a room or two at a time can use it. Trash. *Room does not have microwave, nor room service and if you order out you gotta go pick it up. *Best part was the staff was really nice(you cant blamethem for hotel decisions) and the valet guy was very helpful. Room was clean

2/10 Poor

Horrible experience

We were supposed to have 2 queen beds and a pull out, they over booked and said they could only give us a king and a pull out for our family of 5. The king bed was actually a queen, we waited 2 hours for additional pillows, blankets and sheets to make a make shift bed for our son. Valet attendant pulled our car around for us to leave but took the keys with him to grab food from across the street so we stood there till he returned. A lot of issues that need attention.

6/10 Good

Fine, but won’t stay again

Clean, nice room in a good location in Baltimore. Some issues: breakfast was crazy crowded, not enough seating and they ran out of stuff like oatmeal and coffee. There were not enough towels in the room; they came in to replace them and didn’t leave any washcloths. A much harder-to-fix complaint is that there were only two elevators and one is shared with the cleaning staff. So, you had to wait realllly long for an elevator (as you watch laundry bins traveling across floors). All in all it was fine, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, they don’t have much parking but there is a valet that will greet you at the entrance. Quiet, clean and easy access to Whole Foods and pretty good restaurants right outside the door

No pool access, the hotel is trash for the cost

I would not stay here again. I couldn’t use the pool. Front staff was not kind. Continental breakfast was abysmal. Incredibly overpriced for what was delivered with this hotel.

POOL REQUIRES RESERVATION, rude staff

Self check in didn’t work. Pool requires a reservation which was booked for the day by the time we arrived. We had been told my the staff days prior we could reserve a spot if we called the morning of our check in. We were denied when we attempted by a very rude reception employee who called herself Rachel. Breakfast didn’t open until 7 so we weren’t able to utilize either of the amenities we specifically booked at this location for. 0/10 don’t recommend. Will not stay here in the future. Photos are of stains/broken areas of the hotel and room we were provided.
