I utilized the valet parking and the À la Carte menu. The room was clean, small and did not have a microwave. For the price of the room it should have a microwave. We were able to request one. I didn’t have breakfast there. Once my spouse arrived the room felt tiny. No place to put luggage.

The bellman at the door was not helpful. Didn’t assist with luggage. Tried to call the morning of departure and never got an answer from either concierge or the front desk to get assistance with our luggage upon check out. The hotel overall was very loud, even while in the room. We could hear people in the other rooms moving around. The room service food was good. But arrived cold. The furniture appeared shabby and worn down. The chair had paint worn off the wood. The location was excellent and that was the high point. I have stayed in a wide variety of hotels and chains, everything from Motel 6 to the Four Seasons, and this was one I will not repeat. I didn’t expect miracles or even super fancy service, just basic things.
