We loved our stay. The staff was more than accommodating from the front desk, valet and the sweet lobby greeter Lynette. Everyone went out of their way to help. The only problem I had was the elevators. Up to a 20 minute wait in the mornings when everyone is checking out or going for breakfast.

The staff was very nice and so was valet staffing. Loved the location as far as being able to walk to shopping and several food places. Pulling up to the hotel is a little crazy and small but we managed. They do need to get new carpet and more snacks/food options in lobby. Mezzanine area for breakfast was a mess and busy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are three elevators and I’m not sure that they were all working so you waited a long time. The beds were not comfortable at all - very very used. The carpets were brown. We can tell that there has been a lot of traffic through the hotel. The pool is shut down. The location was great. I would not choose to stay here again.

This hotel has a great location and a friendly staff but is pretty disappointing outside of that. Overall, it is one of the lower priced hotels that is this area so you are paying for what you get. Rooms were decently cleaned and stocked with enough towels. But furniture was a little dingy, the sink water pressure was terrible and the shower drain kept backing up. The door handle on the bathroom was also partially off. Breakfast was not good. The eggs were the fake powered kind, sausage was gamey and oily (even for sausage) and the rest was just ok. We were out and about most of the weekend so we didn't have to deal with the room too much, but it definitely wasn't a room to relax and unwind in.

This was just an okay property. Only paying for the convenience of staying downtown. Which was great location. If possible uber everywhere b/c parking was horrible and expensive $72 overnight. But other than that there wasn't anything special. The fitness center needed new equipment no treadmills and the pool looked like it hadn't been used in years. Unless there was another one somewhere else on the property. My room was clean, front desk staff was helpful and nice and the city view was amazing. Don't think I would pay that type of money to stay at this property again.
