The room was in good condition for being an older hotel. I LOVE this place. the Breakfast is great the staff is great. If you have kids, this hotel is Directly across the street from the Harry Potter store in Chicago.

It is an older hotel and not fancy. The paint is peeling in the bathroom ceiling because I am assuming no exhaust fan.
Love the location as we go to the North Western Hospital.
Breakfast is standard hotel free breakfast. The gentleman at breakfast if friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

Room was perfect. The staff were the best. I rated the hostess who really helped me with coping with the surgery of my son. The gentleman behind the desk who worked the night shift was so kind, caring and understanding too. His name started with an M. Marcus I think. Everyone else was nice too. I will always stay at your hotel when I have to be close to Northwestern Hospital!!!

Booked our stay for 5 nights, when arriving everything went smooth, location is great and staff was very friendly. The next day, we called for a roll of toilet paper as we only had half of a roll in the restroom for 3 people, 5 night stay! That night when we were done exploring we wanted to shower. No shampoo and no body wash. Called down, after I had already attempted to shower, so in towel. Waited 3 hours for soap, shampoo etc. the breakfast was empty of food choices the entire weekend. (This is why I selected this hotel was for breakfast) overall, it was a good place to sleep but the extras were kind of a bummer.
