You would think the fridge would work
The fridge didn't work and there was no microwave in the room. Kind of needed it for the food we had left over from a very expensive dinner, so that was upsetting.

Budget Inn Buster!
I was better off getting arrested and put in a dirty jail for the night than stay at this so called “Hote!l”They had the audacity to collect a $50 cash deposit for a room that looked like what the FBI raided did to Mar-A-Lago! Good thing I didn’t have a UV light as I would have slept in my car! To add insult to injury, the shower had luke warm to cold water when putting it al the way to hot! Otherwise, I had a good stay!

Room smells of cleaning chemicals.
It was hard to get the toilet to flush, and when we walked into the room, we smelled cleaning chemicals. There was no window we could open for fresh air. I could smell ammonium and other cleaning chemicals the whole evening.

Great Staff
Great service. The room was a nice size and very clean. Lots of outlets to charge devices. My husband had no hot water when he showered at 0600, but I had plenty at 0800. A little wear on the tiles, etc. noted, but no impact on our stay. The windows however, were very thin and I’m guessing only one pane. We were on the 11 th floor and I swear I could hear every noise on the ground. The property is beautiful, clean, great location, especially near the airport. I would stay here again.

This hotel will rip you off and lie. I needed to cancel my reservation and I called and spoke with the hotel staff 6 days prior to check in to cancel. The lady over the phone got my information and informed me she canceled it. 6 days later I was charged $475 on my card. When I called to see what happened they told me the reservation was never canceled and they had no record of anyone ever talking to me. They would not give me an exception and said it was too late. $475 is a lot of money and this hotel completely scammed me and refused to make it right. Be careful with this hotel!
