Was very friendly place. Doing remodeling. Only thing i thought was hardly any kind of towels in room. When asked for towels . They saidthey had none. Pnly got 2 towels to shower with.

Excellent location. Beds and matress are terrible. Pillows are hard as rocks. Very small bathrooms. Don't expect to have a good rest while sleep in here. Excellent pool, big parking lot. Secure premises.

I usually never leave bad reviews…
Hotel service was very unhelpful. Asked multiple times for the air conditioner to be fixed and they never came until one of my kids threw up in their sleep from being too hot. When I called for room service and new bedding, they tried saying I’d have to wait til morning because the laundry lady wasn’t there. I had to throw a fit to get new bedding and the ultimately had to be moved rooms at 2am because of the broken ac. The new room (tho the ac worked) wasn’t much better. Still not very clean. Broken bath tip and shower head, and a tv with literally just one whole channel. Breakfast costs $10 a person and looked like free breakfast that you’d get somewhere else. The pool, however, was very nice! Just don’t ask for towels because they don’t ever have any.

Greatly surprised
Hotel is being remodeled outside so it still looks a little outdated but Room was recently remodeled, it looks great, was really clean, bed comfortable, nice mini kitchen area and shower. Hot Breakfast (surcharged, around $11 per person) with several options. It is a nice hotel, very well located near Orlando Eye/International Drive.

We were down for a few activities. The hotel staff were extremely friendly! The campus was quiet and felt safe. Our room was clean. The location was great. Would stay here again. Good value.

There’s better options out there…
Check in took about 45 minutes. Booked online and they had no rooms available. Saw reservation but didn’t have room to accommodate. Found a room. It’s was ok. A roach joined us for our morning shower. Phone system not working throughout property. Couldn’t get a hold of management or anyone above overnight staff.

O hotel possui ótima limpeza eu peguei um quarto reformado eu não sei se todos estão da mesma forma, mas não tinha mais carpete ja tem piso laminado no quarto e o banheiro tudo novo, uma pequena area de cozinha com microondas e uma pia também um bom espaço para refeição, a localização é ótima do lado da av international drive muito proximo de tudo.
