Excellent location, near stores, restaurants, and activities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The complementary hot breakfast and evening reception are fabulous! The rooms are newly renovated, but the elevators are on their last legs! Overall, I would stay at this hotel again.

8/10 Very good

There is only one elevator working for the entire hotel. This has been an issue for several months. You have to wait a very long time. I was given the wrong room, but I just kept it because I didn't want to wait for the elevator again. Breakfast was very good. The omelet station was excellent and so was the fruit.

Room was very clean Staff were polite and Friendly Breakfast was excellent as usual. My only complaint was the Pool wasn't ready which was something I looked forward to I am a Cancer Patient and I chose this hotel because of the Indoor Pool. We have stayed hear many times and the Grandchildren loves it. We will be Returning Again.
