The Resident Liverpool
"This hotel is situated in a former warehouse in the atmospheric Ropewalks district, once an industrial area in the centre of Liverpool. These days the area is better known for its bars, restaurants and nightclubs, although it retains its industrial vibe. At the centre of the district is The Resident, a stylish hotel with a distinct character, beautifully converted. It doesn't have a restaurant but, no fear, each room has a mini-kitchen, hidden in the wardrobe. Here you can prepare your own breakfast (tea, coffee, kettle, mugs, bowls and cutlery all provided) and there's a local Tesco where you can buy cereals, milk or whatever you need. It's perfect, especially for those who like to remain independent. There's even a fridge and a microwave. And for those who prefer a cafe or restaurant, there are plenty in the area, with a good choice of options in nearby Bold Street. The location is excellent for easy access to all areas of central Liverpool. And the staff are friendly and helpful. I also found it to be calm and quiet, which was particularly important to me. It's highly recommended and I would certainly stay here again."
The Liner Hotel
"It was difficult to use the show."
Titanic Hotel Liverpool
"The room wasn't very clean. You get curtesy slippers, but someone had already used them, and they were very dirty, and had makeup all over them. And the hand soap in the bathroom was empty. And you get a really tiny bottle of milk in the fridge. Which at best you can only get two drinks of tea with. So we asked for another bottle of milk. Which never arrived at our room. The room was also very dark inside"
Daresbury Park Hotel
"We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at Daresbury Park Hotel. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Our room appeared to be recently refurbished, as were some other parts of the hotel. The room was rather hot, despite the weather outside having cooled following a heat wave, and the fan provided did little to alleviate this, but that might have been specific to our room. Unfortunately the bath didn't appear to have been cleaned properly as there were hairs in it, but the rest of the room looked clean. Our room was quiet despite the hotel being fairly busy. The pool and jacuzzi appeared clean and freshly decorated, but the ladies changing room floor would benefit from a deep clean. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, although queues built up for the coffee machine. We were impressed with the provision of gluten free toast and sausages on request, both of which were delicious."
Ropewalks Hotel
"Clean room staff very polite and helpful nice size clean rooms, only reason for not 5* as the window view. Would return"
Novotel Liverpool Paddington Village
"on the day we arrived the towels were not enough only for one person then I requested for towels and they came bunched up and not folded and the guy knocked and bushed in just like that. Then the linen was not changed at all. To top it all the under base cover had blood in it. Their housekeeping is terrible. The dining room staff are 5 star never seen such professionalism in all the hotels I have been. The hotel itself is 5 star never Ben though it’s ranked 4 star. I loved the hotel and room ambience but the housekeeper staff ruined it for me and I did not alert management for fear of backlash from staff."
Hillcrest Liverpool Central
"Clean well kept hotel friendly helpful staff good location, could do with a lift but otherwise no complaints"
Atlantic Tower Hotel Liverpool By Sunday
"Wonderful outside terrace overlooking the Mersy , very convenient for waterfront and town centre"
The Mill Hotel & Spa
"We stayed here to break up a journey and will definitely be staying here again"
