Stayed the night after husband had a heart procedure. Room was very clean, bed was extremely comfortable. No bathtub, which was ok because there was a wonderful pool with a hot tub. Other than a lady and her daughter, I had both all to myself. The robes that were provided was an excellent touch...I felt so posh!!!!

Party central
Overall a ok stay. the parking garage is very tight, even with a short box pickup I was unable to turn through any of the corners without having to backup and reposition. It was also very noisy during the evening and night. Young adults slamming doors, yelling at each other, abusive language at 4 am. Could gave used some security on the 5th floor.

It was convenient to be close to Rogers Arena but our arrival the hall ways were very messy with other guest garbage. At night up until 2am the hall way was noisy from people who were very loud

Dumpster fire
This hotel needs a bulldozer , how many pubes can a person find in one 5sqft bathroom?
Coffee spilled all over the wall , hair everywhere, the shower curtain doesn't stay closed. The patio door handle is ripped off , the “patio” looks like something from a 1960’s horror movie , does the city of Vancouver know about the height of the railing ?
The carpet is peeling away from the walls accenting the biohazard material that is this whole hotel. Don’t get me started on the ceilings or molding windows.
Do not stay at this dumpster fire , you will come out changed.

Comfortable Hotel.
Our stay was fine. The hotel has recently been renovated and updated. Very nice. Though the bathroom fan sounded like a 747, very loud. Rooms are small but nice. Beds were comfortable.
