Had a good stay at City Stay apartment with few initial hiccups . However the team was super helpful and acted fast on our concern .This apartment is super close to Euston underground . Very convenient location to explore central london .

Would be nice to have local channels on TV for the little downtime between sightseeing and outings.

WiFi was intermittent and kept losing signal. Had to use my hotspot the entire time. No wifi also meant the TV was unusable.
Local restaurants meant there is constant noise throughout the evening and morning from customers or deliveries, and there is a loud hum from a generator right below the lounge.
Generally the apartment needs some love, there is serious signs of wear and tear that require upkeep. Hob doesn’t spark a flame, furniture is cheap, etc.
Look, if you’re like me and working in the area. Or you and your mates want a cheap place to share for a few days this place is fine.
Only good thing is the location.

Location is excellent. Very close to the train station. Property has no air conditioning. It was terrible hot weather in August. Day and night home was very hot. Hard to sleep. Check-in process is very stressful. They didn’t share the address until a day before of arrival. Email response was very slow.

This place was great, with one big exception. It was over 90°F, and there was not really any way to cool the place down. I would not stay there again during the heat of the summer.
The host did try to help me out a bit with an air cooler, but that still wasn’t sufficient. It was definitely convenient to the train station, and there were a lot of fun places around the area.

Great apartment spacious rooms and clean. the Euston station is right across street which is access to tube and lots of things in walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

Great space location, problematic check in
Fantastic townhouse in a great location. Had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Would give it 5 stars but for no check in information as they stated in the 24 hours before check in time. I needed to check in on a Sunday but was given no information. I called the office (which is closed on Sunday) and by chance someone was in the office. That person was very helpful, but without that bit of luck I would have been looking for another hotel (which actually I started doing as I was trying to get in touch). Check in and access to the townhouse was therefore problematic. I had also requested an early check in but by the time I got into the property that time had been taken up with actually getting the keys etc. So, if you do plan to stay here make sure you have confirmed access vs being potentially stranded on a Sunday.

The apartment was spacious for two people. The bed was comfortable. I was able to drowned out the street noise using the fans they provided. I ended up sleeping well, even though there was a lot of activity.

Good location, some traffic noise and noise from Euston station on the other side of the road though but not more than you would expect in central London
The property as the apartment are quite worn, bed size and comfort is average. Bathrooms are nice and the apartment is quite spacious. Nice and clean at arrival. Friendly and efficient communication with the staff at City Stay

The apartment was spacious 3 bed rooms with 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was fully occupied with all utilities
The building has no elevator so we carry the luggage upstairs. No A/C and it was really HOT in July. It was in front of Euston station so it was really noisy
There were a lot of restaurants and cafes and supermarkets around us

The apartment could use some work. It looks nice in the picture but it's quite run-down. The shower was leaking from the top floor to the bottom so we were down to one shower. But every time we ran into issues, they came by and addressed them right away. They're very responsive which is great. The Internet was very unreliable. Overall, I think the apartment is 3 star at best.

Very noisy location. Could not leave the windows open at night. It was very hot, but thankfully a fan was provided.
Apartment was very tired. Certainly needs a repair / bathroom refit.

Disappointed and unfair.
While on the shower theres a leak down the 1st floor, shower door no in working order they blaming us not shuting the door properly but we did. Some of the bed are noisy and not comfortable to sleep on and still we pay the right amount without compensation.

The location is good as it’s near Euston station. The property itself had significant mold growth in the 3 rd floor bathroom, the stove did not operate, and the dishwasher was rusted from the inside this no use of the dishwasher unless you want rusted water cleaning your dishes. As for the mold, well- since the bathroom is shared with two rooms on the third floor, those room were not used by us as I did not want my kids exposed to mold. Overall, terrible experience at the apartment and I will be contacting Expedia for a refund. Mold exposure is serious and I have pictures of how bad it was.

The staff was great getting going and arranging our key etc. but we arrived at the property to the shower door hanging off- took 3 of us to make it work although not perfectly; no soap only shampoo so that too a trip to the store, No spatula so cooking was a challenge, then we found a slow slimy leak under the kitchen sink and in the morning the door to the street was notable to lock. I notified the main office, but it wasn't fixed the entire time we were there. The neighborhood was ok during the day but dicey at night. I would have felt much safer if the outside door was locking. Also huge windows with no screens so do not bring children. Nothing to keep anyone from falling out except common sense and balance. Noisy near station but seeing windows closed made us feel safer but also very hot as no AC, only fans. Still, it worked in the pinch were in and was a convenient place for getting to/from airport and sites.

We were pretty disappointed by this entire property. I thought the previous reviews might just be dramatic, but they were not. The property team also lied on previous reviews, assuring customers the strip club had been closed - it had not been. The music shook the house.
Overall the property was very dirty, there are stains on every piece of furniture, rugs and carpet. The third floor bathroom had mold growth. Walls on the third floor were bubbling.
Almost all furniture was broken in some ways, the master bed was sinking to the floor off the bed frame, chair legs were loose. The one couch had tears in it. The coffee maker and stove top didn’t work.
The location (besides the strip club) was great though! Very close to the tube (you could hear the trains running below the house but nothing problematic, just a dull chugging every few minutes).
Overall - I would only recommend this place if the price was way lower. Should it have been cheaper it would have been fine, but for the price I expected it to at least be clean.
