Staff was friendly..hotel is not what the pics look like..old and dark, cracked ceilings , squeaky floors, thin walls...and I was charged $30 a day for ammenities I did not need or use , except wifi which should be included anyway. Location was good, but would not stay again

The location of this hotel is really greasy. Service here at the front desk was pretty good, no complaints. But when I was trying to take shower in my room, the water came out of shower head was just weak, it was probably the worst shower I’ve ever had at all the hotels I’ve every stayed. Also, house keeping knocked on our room at 8:30 am was just bazaar. Don’t think I want to stay here again.

Wonderful stay in San Francisco
We only stayed one night, but the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and there's a Starbucks connected to the lobby which was a definite plus for us!

The hotel was nice and clean, the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice, though on the smaller size. The only disturbing thing is that the walls are not well insulated and therefore you hear every sound in the hallway and the upper rooms, in addition to waking up at 5am to the loud loud noise of trash cans being dragged in the back alley of the hotel (where I assume are several restaurants and therefore so many trash cans getting dragged). All in all, our stay was very good and we will use this hotel again

From the moment we came thru the doors, they went above & beyond to make sure we were comfortable, enjoying our stay and had everything we needed. Totally coming back! Only note would be, wished for 1 pay channel in the room vs. just basic cable. But that is so minor to what was a great stay.

We like the Hotel Diva - room is very comfortable
We were checked in quickly and the room was very nice. My only complaint, an alarm was set and woke us at 6AM. That is a pet peeve of mine, the cleaners should be told to check for alarms and turn them off. I always check the clock but could see nothing indicating an alarm. And no place to unplug it as it is wired for music, the tv etc.
