This is not a hotel. It’s more like Airbnb with some extra amenities. Overall, place is nice and new as advertised, and is conveniently located; however there were a number of small issues that need to be worked out.
There’s no onsite management, and responsiveness via email was poor. The manager completely forgot about our airport transfer on our departure (invest in a calendar maybe?) One day we were woken up at 8AM to loud construction happening in the adjacent unit which was literally on the other side of the wall from our bed. Also, our toilet seat was completely disconnected (not a huge issue, but they couldn’t manage to fix it during our 5 night stay). Bed was a full not a Queen, and not super comfortable.
The pool / sauna area are really nice. However, there are no towel hooks anywhere in the entire place - including the rooms. We had to string towels around our unit creatively.
The fire pit didn’t work when we tried to use the terrace. The next day the maintenance guy said he knew the gas was out but didn’t know how to change it. Oh well! Note: terrace faces away from the river/central Lisbon. Still a decent view.
We had to ask for little things like coffee beans for the in-room espresso machine, extra towels, and shirt hangers. There is not daily room cleaning, so make sure you catch someone in the AM when they are onsite. There is no “winery attached” as stated, but they have wine you can buy, but it’s cheap wine, not worth it.
