Parking was limited to one side of the hotel there was another lot on the other side but it’s only for Dunkin Donuts. Room was a bit dated and bed was ok but not overly comfy. Was only staying for the night to catch an early flight. Some food options in the area. Close to the turnpike and 528 making easy access to the airport. Couple minutes from Universal and about 20 via i4 or the 417 to Disney

It was a good stay. Everything was ok. Clean, well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and not expensive. Good parking facilities. Beds were comfort. The only thing was the air conditioning in the room. It was hot seamed it was not working good.

Staff members were pleasant. The room was clean but with missed spots like a bunch of cut hairs in the toilet rim. Our tub doesn’t have a stopper, we requested but was not repaired during our stay. Air conditioning is good but could be loud on high. Enough parking space. The hotel is close to Florida Mall. Overall, it was a nice hotel.

It's a nice place and for the price it's worth the stay. It's not the best but the price makes up for that. It's a great alternative when traveling on a budget for say Disney or Universal vacation. A car is a must though. I didn't use any amenities so can't comment on them except it does have a pool. Rooms are cleaned and towels replaced daily also. Only issue is checkin they make u sign this long waiver if I recall was close to 100 points basically waiving them from any responsibility of anything that happens to you while on property and the rules they have. If u read it will take u at least n hour if not longer as I skimmed it. But still a nice place for the price that can't be beat and any other places that offer that price do not look as good as this place. Can only speak on the room they gave me which was good.

I stayed there for a concert and it was exactly what you paid for! When I first got there, the room’s lock wouldn’t work and the staff was super helpful and helped me change rooms. Never got any service inside the room though, no bed or towel changes.

For the price and its location it was good for people on a budget. You can't beat the price. If you are use to more amenities (microwave & coffee pot, plenty of towels, etc.) you won't want to stay here. Refrigerator in room. That's it. Rooms are big and the pool was a good size. If you are going to the attractions and won't be in your room much, it is a good deal. Twenty minute drive to Disney. Sea World and Universal are closer. It is beside the Florida Mall which has a huge food court. It is only about 3 minutes away.

We stay here almost every time we come to Florida because it is decently priced and not the worst hotel to choose from! But this last time was the second time that our room had no hot water and taking a cold shower is not so fun. So keep that in mind while booking that you may only have cold showers. But property is usually clean and the staff is always helpful. This is the only hotel that we have been to that charges for a continental breakfast as well.

This was a last minute stay due to my ac not working. It was just a few miles from my house. Had made reservations. I called just before I left my house and a very friendly voice confirm my reservation. When I checked in the individual recognized my name that I had called earlier. Very easy check in and info of amenities. The beds were very comfortable and I had a good night rest Breakfast was great and a bargain. Check out was simple and when I asked for a receipt I was gladly given one.

Room and hotel is clean and close to shopping mall and restaurants. Staff is friendly. Convenience of breakfast, however we did not end up using it. The AC in our room was partially working, not cool enough. We slept with just sheets or no sheets at 61 degrees setting, since the AC was not cooling the room. Outside daytime temperature was 95 degrees. AC needs replacement in room 241.

Overall okay stay if you are on a budget. There is a community microwave and you have to pay for breakfast everyday. No mini market you have to got to the store if you need anything. There was only one staff member who was nice and willing to work with people. The other 2 yelled at customers and refused to help them if they were a women or spoke another language. Hotel rooms had mold and stains. I felt uncomfortable my the middle of my stay that I check out early and wasn’t given a refund.
