The state was very great staff was friendly. The only problem I have is a let the homeless into the casino guy was camped out with all the stuff. Another ones sleeping at the machine they need to keep the homeless out of the casino.

Nice visit, unfortunately below some room repairs
We love Sam's Town and stay here regularly when we visit Vegas, but unfortunately this was not our best stay. Our room on the 3rd floor was directly below some emergency room repairs going on to the room above us. Our four night stay was marred by the sounds of pipes banging or power tools cutting in the mornings. This was unfortunate. Otherwise, the property was as it should be - great service and extremely clean. Our room was in great condition. We did mention the construction noise to the desk clerk upon check out - she made note of our complaint and promised we would be taken care of for our next visit. We have every intention to return to Sam's on our next Vegas visit.
