Bathroom was very dirty hair in the tub. Ot was 1145 around when checked to tired to go down and ask for a new room. The people next to us slaming door till around 1 am. McDonald's traah in the elevator outside the elevator. Is to be a very nice place to stay. Was there for family that i had to move to a nursing home as he was dieing to deal with this hotel sucked

Sweet stay at Sam's Town
Awesome that they gave us the upgrade to the suite - amazing! Unfortunate that we couldn't really use it much (got in late and had to leave early). The mystic waterfall show was amazing, better than the Bellagio.

Vegas temple trip
We booked this hotel as a last minute get out of town weekend trip. The hotel has great amenities and several nice restaurants which is good because it is several miles from the strip but it was very convenient for this trip as we had no desire to go there. The bed in the room was hard for my liking but when i called the front desk to ask for another pillow one was sent right up. Park in garage 2 as this is connected to the hotel without having to go outside. We will definitely stay here again.

Love Sam’s Town
The front desk was very kind and helpful The room was very nice. It could have used better lighting in bathroom for makeup but wasn’t bad. Room are was quiet. The view to the courtyard from our room was terrific! Watched the fountain show and enjoyed the amazing decorations. The food places and stores were friendly and great service We really enjoyed our time there!

Overall this was a good stay and for the price. We had some issues with one of our rooms, the staff was professional and handled our problem and made things right. There are a handful of restaurants, we mainly used the fast food ones. Dunkin Donuts was subpar with their service.
