The staff was friendly. I appreciated the complementary ride from and back to the airport. It was seamless. The driver was nice and professional, Maria. The front desk clerk was nice. The room was cozy and clean.

The staff were nice. The location close to the airport was great. The doors to the room (not a tight fit - could see between the frame and the door) and the bathroom were odd. The bathroom doors did not lock.

Shuttle bus driver is great we’ve ridden with her before & she’s friendly, funny & efficient. Checkin was smooth & despite a bunch of folks checking in at same time we were greeted with a smile, calmness, & a friendly pleasant front desk staff. Room is clean & comfortable.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff is friendly. We were there on Boxing day. Breakfast area was crowded and food refill was not fast enough. The late comers did not have much choice of food.
Shuttle bus to airport runs until 10pm only. It would be good if they can serve late night arrivals by appointment.

Worst check in ever, with the Manager and receptionist (same person) , do not give to me and my family a early check-in, even at noon. I had to wait until 3pm and the hotel canceled my reservation. I had to call hotels.com to get another reservation .

The check-in and check-out front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. However I was annoyed that I had to pay a fee to park my car at the hotel when we were not using the shuttle and were driving out upon checkout.
