Bed was very comfortable Room was very clean and remodel was great add-on. Property was of lower quality but wasn't horrible. I'd stay again Some staff were friendlier than others.

10/10 Exceptional

The room was very clean upon my arrival and everything was in good working condition; TV, appliances, lights, AC, etc. The staff at check-in and check'-out were friendly and helpful. Parking was adequate. The facility is located near shops, restaurants and tourist attractions so it is very convenient to stay here.

The staff was great. The hotel served its purpose but I didn’t like that the sink area didn’t have a door.

Room is clean and staffs are reachable. Breakfast is basic with coffee and muffins, but you'd get untensils to prepare breakfast of your own in your room

The hotel was nice overall. Check-in and check-out was very smooth. The room was a good size. Consider repairing one of the cabinet doors in the kitchenette area.

The staff were great… The free breakfast was basically tea, coffee and a muffin…. The room had a lasting odor and the washing machine was in a room about 100ft down a walkway outside the hotel.

Nice room, courteous staff.Amenities lacking.Included breakfast was coffee, muffins or oatmeal as grab and go options

Hot tub by pool was not working. "No idea when it will be fixed." NO Wifi in the room at all. Key card did not work sometimes. Room smelled musty and pet odor. Bed was comfortable. TV worked. Toilet flushed OK. Packaged muffin breakfast and warm coffee.

Great For Disney and Convention Center

Perfect location between the Orlando Convention Center and the Disney Parks! We really just used the room for sleeping and the accommodations were above average. Friendly staff and clean (despite the current remodeling taking place).

8/10 Very good

This was a last minute stay and the price was right. The room was relatively clean (kitchen area floor looked like it needed to be mopped). The curtains didn’t close completely so we had to get creative to make sure we had privacy. The beds were comfy and we had a good nights rest.

4/10 Fair

The beds were confortable, and the room was spacious. Unfortunately there were mold on the sink, the floors were very dusty and had pet hair/fur near the couch, the curtains were both broken, there were only 3 towels in a room that fits 6. Be aware that, as they mentioned, breakfast is mostly oatmeal, muffins (blackberry and chocolate), snack bar, coffee

The staff was great. Everyone was welcoming and kind. My room was spacious and very clean. I only stayed one night but it was pleasant, very quiet.
