Deplorable conditions
No toilet paper or holder for any in bathroom, phone supplied in room didn’t work to call and request any. When at front desk was just handed 2 rolls for me to carry to room. Also no coffee maker in room but packets of sugar, cream and stir stick. No ice holder or any ice on floor requested some while at desk. 2 hrs later used cell to call desk and request some which was delivered immediately. Ceiling located above shower was water stained, cobwebs and rust. Immediately upon entering room socks became wet from carpet in many spots. Only plus was staff were all very friendly, professional and willing to help. Had water park view from room but windows were so filthy and disgusting made me keep curtains closed. My opinion is not based on staff but management for selling rooms at any cost to turn a $$. Sadly the hotel is huge and it’s a shame guests only find out deplorable conditions after checking in could be a great place with easy access to major roads if not for cutting costs on maintenance and their emphasis on higher bottom dollar . Run down out dated water park seems to be the claim to fame

Not the best hotel but it will do
The hotel itself was fairly clean. The heat didn't work all the time. Other than the check in didn't really see hotel staff until we checked out. The hotel was quiet. I did like that there was a refrigerator and microwave. The refrigerator was iced over but it was still working. The microwave was not working properly we finally got it to work. If you are planning a short trip then it is ok for that. No more than a couple of days. The check in was easy and the counter person was friendly. I snowed heavily and the parking lot was not plowed.

Ehhh
Rooms booking don’t come with water park tickets. Charging adults to watch there kids. Broken furniture and the toilets don’t flush well the room has the same furniture when they first open.I check for bed bugs and found Nothen . Took 3 times to find a room that would open the doors. Heard running down the hall all night long. Breakfast was cereal donuts and fruit. The milk taste like powder milk and orange juice was not juice. Front desk was nice but it’s not worth the up charge for the water parkish. No restaurant on site anymore and my room was next to the banquet room where they had a meeting of some sort so heard all that going on as well. I was here when this hotel first opened and it’s has went down hill since. This will be the last.

No good qualities at this "Quality inn & suites(NY503) Reasons (and im being short with this list) 1) Dated and lacking any kind of welcoming! Feels like your in the loading dock of a furniture warehouse. 2)Upon entering the room we were given... the bathroom had rust on any metal surface you saw, and in case you wondered what it was, the cockroaches that we recorded with our phone, will confirm to you its rust. Nothing else to say because we didn't stay more than a few minutes in this warehouse.

Overall the hotel looked rundown and kind of shabby. It took three (3) times to get a room key that worked. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. It appears they rent rooms to homeless people (possibly through the Department of Social services) which made us feel a little uncomfortable. I we won’t use this hotel ever again.

Not Fit For The Homeless
We are both over 65… and that slum hole was the absolute worst place either of us ever stayed at. If we weren’t so far from home, we would have forfeited our stay and left. What hotel takes down their breakfast at 9am?? (just dry cereal anyway) Cigarette burn holes in our bed covers, no internet, busted furniture, not to mention we didn’t dare to take a shower…missing ceiling tiles, hole where the vent was. The room was not touched at all while we were out all day, out of TP, I could go on. STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE
