Good location to universal parks ( just a low cost taxi distance around £5). Room nice and fully functioning kitchen. Added bonus of free breakfast which was excellent

The parking cost is extremely high, $25 per day.
The staff who work in the dining room during breakfast hours are neither pleasant nor friendly.
The parking lot was extremely crowded, and I had a very hard time finding an available spot.
It's very well located, but it's very expensive for how old the hotel is.

Clean room and exceptional front staff service. Did not use any amenities but eaxh person i interacted with was respectful helpful and friendly. Breakfast area was busy and a little crowded but food was always available.
