If you are going with kids on a family trip this place is cool. They need too update the rooms a bit. I didnt like that you have too pay 40 dollars per day for parking on top of resort fees. So I ended up paying an additional 200 dollars on top of the price for just a weekend

However, I didn't get to enjoy the breakfast because I wasn't going to pay $20 for a breakfast that didn't serve turkey or chicken products. The rooms weren’t nearly as nice or as clean as advertised. Neighboring rooms to the sides and above kept us up at all hours of the night. I had to have the soda machine unlocked to get a drink since soda theft was an issue - it made normal guest following the rules have a tough time getting drinks. Pool and slides were nice.

I took two 13 year-old boys for four days and they had a blast! They had their own bedroom with bunkbeds and I had my separate bedroom with the king size bed and it was very nice and very clean! There was additionally a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Every room had its own television. The resort has two separate water parks on site and the kids had a blast, so tired every day after so much fun! It was nice to have a pizza restaurant and two other restaurants on site as well as two free movie theaters for relaxing at night. The staff was very friendly and eager to assist anytime we needed anything. It was overall a great stay! Also, I felt the resort was very safe and I was comfortable letting the boys roam on their own and enjoy the freedom of having a fun yet safe teenage boys vacation.

Our bathroom had a slow leak and will not turn off so it leaked the whole time so you can hear the dripping constantly. Otherwise everything else was very clean. Check-in could’ve gone a little bit quicker. I’ve been coming to this hotel for years in the lobby used to be in the front and now it’s in the area where it is now and didn’t seem so smooth but for what it’s cost it’s a great hotel

The elevators didn’t work properly most of the time and there were some issues in the room. The water took forever to get barely hot, the faucet leaked, fan wouldn’t work right, one tv was broken and didn’t get fixed right away. The slides and pool and everything else was great though.

Everything was absolutely great!! It was a quick birthday celebration for my grandson that is on the spectrum and he loved it!! Family friendly, although you can have a date night if you'd like too! What a beautiful property! And all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Thanks for an amazing Birthday weekend. We will definitely be back.

The room could’ve been cleaner. The floor was very dirty when walking barefooted you can tell how much dirt is on the floor by looking at your feet? All the amenities were very family friendly. We love the swimming pool waterpark style. My child loved that arcade was right there.
