The room was clean and the kids loved all the activities they had to offer

It was my first time here and we had a great experience, the rooms are well maintained and the room service are on time and all the amenities are as described.. The only thing I would complain about is there was some flooding waters by the hallway near our room which is a risk for the kids.

It was a very nice location very family friendly. Loved the movie theater and I even enjoyed that you can qr code every thing so you know what is going on each day.

Kids loved it! Rooms were ok. Could use some maintenance on the property.

Room was clean…. So we thought the morning we were leaving we walked into the kitchenette area. We saw roaches crawling around. The microwave was very old and rusting in the inside. Spoke with management who offered our resort fee back. The stay was okay other than those two things. I doubt we will return again. My kid enjoyed the waterpark.

The experience was truly impeccable. The room itself was up to standard and incredibly comfortable and clean. The staff were welcoming and very understanding. As well as, the pool amenities were enjoyable. The poolside staff doing the activities were also very friendly people. Overall I had a great time, would definitely recommend.

The hotel is family friendly. My 12 year old daughter and 17 months old boy had a great time in the pools.

Unfortunately the water park for kids was closed during our stay and that was the main reason we booked. Thankfully management took care of the issue and were very responsive. We enjoyed the pool and the amenities. Responsive when requesting towels, beds were comfortable, we had the pizza (good) and the burgers (great) and my son loved his I ice cream by the pool. Overall I would visit again for the waterpark. It is not a 2 bedroom place, the area with the bunk beds is open into the living room, my toddler had a rough time sleeping because of fomo and me not being able to close his door.

6/10 Good

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We purchased water from the market and had to figure out for ourselves that you pay the person at the ice cream shop. We noticed other people couldn't figure it out and they just left with what they wanted, something as simple as a sign would have been helpful. Over all, since we just stayed there to sleep, it was adequate.

Great place for families - information online versus what the operational hours are/were are not accurate. Be sure to speak with staff regarding availability of items, etc. ahead of time. Otherwise, rooms are clean and facility is nice/nearby a lot of options.

6/10 Good

The property is nice, but they should keep it a bit cleaner. The room was "clean," but it could have been better. There were dusty areas, the microwave was moldy inside, and the stovetop wasn't properly cleaned. I had to ask for a clean shower curtain because the one there was stained. The staff responded immediately to anything I needed; I give them a 10/10 for that.

Me and my daughter stayed here for 2 nights. We enjoyed the stay, the water park was AWESOME. My only complaint was the amount of people smoking cigarettes in various places (but I am a no -smoker). Otherwise, staff was lovely, areas were clean and our stay was nice.

Everything was wonderful! The staff was amazing! I love how clean the rooms were! One thing I didn’t like was on the day we were leaving it was only 8:45am and a cleaning lady came knocking on the door asking when we were leaving. To me it’s was rude as we do have until 10:30am to check out. Other than that! Are stay was great

The water park was fun, the rooms were acceptable clean, unfortunately the stairs smelled like pee and some hallways were dark. Overall it’s on okay place
