As a travel agent it is undergoing a lot different f construction. The lay out is confusing. The room was cold in the living room but the bedrooms were muggy. The water park and pool was excellent for the kids. The restaurants were excellent but, the morning buffet was expensive and the pancakes and French toast was hard from sitting too long.

Good, but not sure if coming back
my kids had a blast, however couple things on the room, floor was dirty on touch, the bathroom sink had a rusty metal coming out of it, we covered with a towel so kids wouldnt get cut, since we were on a first floor there was no place to hang our wet clothes not even a cord in the shower. Other than that, good experience, everybody very friendly and willing to attend our needs.

Great place for families. Kids have so much to do and alot of fun. Water park is perfect and hours of everything is very good! Room was great with a bunkbed and then another room and a pull-out couch. We loved our stay

Eh
It was alright. A little pricey likely because of the timing of our trip which is ok. Water park was great. $30 a day for parking, $50 a day for resort fees. $25 per person for a VERY mediocre breakfast. Worst part about the stay was the sales sharks harrassing every person who checks in to listen to go view a timeshare for $50. No means no people!
