8/10 Very good

Hotel was located in a nice, central spot near sea world which is where we were visiting. Staff was friendly. Hotel was very clean. They did have driers on the carpets. Could be because it was raining. Breakfast is not included but that’s okay considering the price. Would stay here again

Came to check in and was helped. However they do sit on their phones a lot in between. I was unaware of the parking fee but it is fine. There was mold in the hotel and tile, wallpaper seperating from the wall. The back door didnt lock and you could just walk in. Ive stayed in cleaner and better but did the job for 1 night.

I've stayed here several times and there is not a better overall value for a hotel so close to SeaWorld. Always clean, easy parking, food and beverage options, 10 minute walk to the park. It's a bit "minimalist," but it's all that I need, personally.

Not a great experience. Room had smell, shower faucet dripping water all the time, frequent toilet clogging. Breakfast and staff were great!

Breakfast was nice for our kids, a good variety. The room was clean and near our destination. We would stay again. The lobby was nice and clean and smelled fresh. The only thing I did not like was that you had to wait to be seated for breakfast. I would prefer to seat myself but I guess breakfast is not included with every room booked, so I get that it is something that needs to be tracked for each guest..We did tip the hostess as she was busy helping everyone and clearing tables

10/10 Exceptional

The pool and hot tub were really nice. A little larger and cleaner than most similar value hotels. We really enjoyed our stay, although I was certain that it stated that breakfast was included on the listing, but then was told at check in that it was $18 per person. Kind of bummed about that, but everything else was just great.

The hotel is nice and close to SeaWorld. It was clean. The TV wifi was slow and caused the TV to keep freezing. The beds were too firm for me and my wife.
