The townhome was great loved the location, the complex where is at is nice ,inside is very spacious perfect for the family. Had everything in the kitchen the you need it. I would suggest to work a little more on cleaning the bathroom downstairs was filthy , the couch in the living room smelled. I would suggest too to put enough supplies in the bathroom according to the stay. But We would recommended it and probably will be back. Barbara , our contact person was great she always responded my messages ASAP. So thank you

rental is not the address on Expedia- 30 min away!

This was a disaster. We booked this house based on the proximity to our destination. We arrive just to find out its not our rental but a rental agency! After filling out paperwork they give us a key and tell us the house is 30min away! That was 30 minutes more away from our destination. We were livid but we drove to the house and spend another 30min to register at the community the townhouse is in.... to get a gate access card. Then the card doesn't work and we have to go back again to be told they know it doesn't work but they cannot give it to us when we register. Then the house was not as described. It was supposed to be a King, Queen and Twin but was actually a Queen, Double, and 2 twins and the cheapest mattresses and pillows around. When you sat on the end of the double bed the front came up off the ground. The house needs some maintenence and upkeep. It was clean but the carpets have stains everywhere and the walls have marks on them. the linoleum in the bathrooms was peeling up. It had everything we needed and was ok otherwise. The checkout is another massive inconvenience. We could only return the gate access card at the community during certain hours so we could get that cash deposit back. no dropbox for convenience. So we had to leave the park early to go drop it off the night before. we had to get up early the morning of checkout to drive the 30 minutes to the agency to return the key!!!! and expedia only gave $25 credit for a future booking. Very disappointed!!!

Nice place but far away from orlando

I was looking for a place for my parents to stay .. I live in hunters creek and according to the search I did this was located at hunters creek. However if you continue looking they say you can be located at orlando, or other cities.. when I called they were not able to give an exact address as they did not have a specific house at that time. In the end my parents were placed on bradenport . 45 mins away from me. The place is nice, clean but they should be able to tell you the exact location. The location was too inconvenient for me.

You Get What You Pay For

We were never told that the property we rented was 16 miles awaY from where you pick up the key. You can only pick up the key after 4 and if it is over the weekend, you need to return on Monday during the Alamo Realty Office hours to " register" or be fined. There they require a $300 deposit. The condo hadn't been used in a while. It had a stuffy, mildewy smell. The master bath shower head was a trickle. There was no hot water in the kitchen. The faucet in the main bathroom dripped and the smoke detector in the master bath was not operating ( no green light) although detectors elsewhere in the condo were all operational. This facility was listed as pet friendly but after the first day of walking our two small dogs, we were told by residents that it was not pet friendly. The walls of the unit were paper thin and we could hear people above us and next door. The "gym" was 3 old machines in a small room with a tiny window. In short, the price of $109 a night was great but we got what we paid for.
