The hotel has the best location in the city, in the center of all tourist attractions, and the price is great. The best experiece was the staff, cuisine, and service at the restaurant. The menu and quality of food are of a European caliber, and the service was fantastic.
The room was ok but outdated and i requested a change, but the staff was not very accommodating. I had to go to our other room on another floor just to take a shower.
The staff at the lobby is not very friendly and the security guards do not make you feel comfortable.
Parking is not great, in fact, when requested to park our friend's car, the request was denied when the space was available, yet on another day, watched the same space to be used for someone else's vehicle, which we were told was not a parking space the day before. The checkout process was not the best and i was never asked how my stay was or was thanked for staying at the hotel, wished safe travels, etc. I was only asked for my room key and that was my checkout process. This was my 1st experience at Mozart but my family stayed here for 2 weeks 2 years ago and suggested to try it out (i stay at another hotel near by that has a very friendly atmosphere) I am giving it a neutral rating because i felt that i was in 2 worlds, high quality and caliber of service at a restaurant and back in the USSR with an unfriendly and unwelcoming faces elsewhere. Will i stay here again? A big Maybe. I would definitely come to Mozart for the restaurant.
