The stay was great I'd definitely stay again Im shocked how cheap of a price i received it. This place is usually booked and expensive i was happy to be able to stay for the price i did! The rooms were clean they were very spacious and they even have out breakfast vouchers. They were limited but the breakfast was pretty decent.

Enjoyed a 3 day midweek stay at Floridays resort. The property was everything it said it was. Breakfast was enjoyed and prepared fresh at the Palm cafe on site each day. Pool areas well maintained and stocked with clean towels. The suites were clean and stocked with needed essentials. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly responding to our requests timely. This was my first stay at this resort and I would book another stay in the future.

6/10 Good

Positives: Clean but outdated rooms, decent main pool with plenty of chairs and towels, decent breakfast and great coffee served with it (strange but operational breakfast voucher system). Negatives: almost no umbrellas at the pools, traffic noise heard from some units, poor communication from some front desk employees when attempting to rectify some problems with the unit but efficient and courteous service from others (Mike).

This hotel needs major renovations, inside and out. The rooms old and dingy. Rooms looked dirty. I did not see one cleaning crew. The cafe on the other hand was the best thing there.

8/10 Very good

Check in and parking was easy. Apartment was spacious and clean, however they are showing their age and could do with a bit of tlc. Only one chair on our balcony. Breakfast was ok but not great. Washing machine and dryer in your apartment was great.

10/10 Exceptional

We were first taken to G block which was not in good condition and smelt awful. We asked to be moved and reception moved us to c with no problem and very helpful and friendly. Rooms are big and comfortable with everything you need! Furniture needs updating especially the wooden ones in the bathrooms . All in all will stay again but happy for the price we paid. Breakfast was very busy and they need to sort it, went twice with long ques and wait times for food that we left it. A self service breakfast room would be so much better!

Everything and everyone was very pleaseant and nice, including the housekeepers. The entry ways could use a little power washing but the 2 bedroom unit was spacious, clean and over all in good condition.

Most of the things are good,but.. Pros: 1. good party vibe on weekends near the pool. 2. Parking is free cons: 1. The property is very vast, so if you get a room far away room, you may need a car to drive to main lobby or the pool. 2. The electric car charger did not work for us , and even after repeated requests, it didn’t get fixed.(we had chosen the property because of this amenity, so it was disappointing) 3. Included breakfast is just a coupon for a sandwich and coffee (this was not a deal breaker for us)
