The Inn needs a complete remodel The hallways and doors were all chipped and peeling. We could see that some Renovations had been done in the bathrooms and the bed was very comfortable but this motel needs a major facelift. It was also extremely noisy throughout the night 2am again 4:30am and again at 6 am… some major partying going on … sorry but we won’t be back :(

The staff was so wonderful with any issues that arose. The rooms are comfortable with your own heating/cooling unit. We especially enjoyed having balcony access. There is BBQ for use as well as a raised look out on the property to view the area. The room was quite comfortable with the amenities provided, and appreciated the fact you could not hear othes in fhe next room at all. Overall a wonderful place to stay and will definitely consider for our next visit.

During my recent stay at a motel booked through Expedia, I had a disappointing experience that I feel compelled to share. For arrival, I was greeted by an unhelpful front desk attendant who seemed more interested in going home early than assisting guests. The check-in process was rushed, and I felt unwelcome from the start. The room itself was far from what was depicted in the photos on Expedia. It was dirty, poorly maintained, and had a lingering unpleasant odor. The bathroom was particularly concerning, with signs of neglect that should have been addressed long ago. When I attempted to reach out to Expedia customer service for assistance, I encountered further frustration. The representative I spoke with was not only difficult to understand but also seemed to follow a scripted response that did not address my specific concerns. My requests for help in finding alternative accommodations were met with indifference, leaving me feeling stranded and helpless. Ultimately, I ended up spending the night in a subpar motel that barely met my basic expectations. This experience has made me question the reliability of booking through Expedia, as it felt like I was left to deal with the consequences of a poor choice without any support from the platform.
