Good for a quick stay.

It’s a bit outdated. The AC was working but no cool so we had a hard time sleeping at night cause it was hot and the AC was a bit far to our bed. We’re not given any suggestions after our complaint was not resolved. The complimentary breakfast was okay but had to wait 30 mins before getting in due to small and compact room. The bathroom was clean except the jetted tub, I saw some dirty spots. The front desk was very nice and helpful as I had a problem with my payment. Thanks

This is a repeat stay for us at this particular hotel (we've returned :) ). Location is good - less than 15 mins to the Toronto Pearson airport (YYZ). Very clean. The included breakfast was fresh prepared and good (fruit, pancake, tea, quiche, cereals, bagels, croissants, coffee, yogurt, eggs, omlettes, etc). Staff was extremely nice and hospitable. Prior experience is what made us come back, and this latest stay is no exception - this hotel is on our favorites list.
