Hotel was clean, check in was smooth. Beds were just okay a little too firm, biggest issue we had was the amount of noise in the hotel keeping us up most of the night. During check out when mentioned to the front desk, the staff member just said “ next time don’t stay in a room close to the elevator”, like we had a choice in the room we were put in. I had higher expectations for the hotel for the cost we had to pay. Wouldn’t be my first choice when booking in Orlando again.

Rooms were clean and useful! I would say the only reason why I’m giving 4 stars was bc I called about 5 times prior to checking in and I just kept getting hung up on. I believe it was the front desk female bc she was there when we arrived. She was friendly in person tho. There was an even friendlier front desk person who was the most delightful to assist us with conversation and answering any questions we had. I didn’t catch his name but he was your 24 year old front desk worker! Super nice & sweet guy!
