Hotel was clean, check in was smooth. Beds were just okay a little too firm, biggest issue we had was the amount of noise in the hotel keeping us up most of the night. During check out when mentioned to the front desk, the staff member just said “ next time don’t stay in a room close to the elevator”, like we had a choice in the room we were put in. I had higher expectations for the hotel for the cost we had to pay. Wouldn’t be my first choice when booking in Orlando again.
