Fantastic stay. Great staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. The bed was a little firm for a sensitive side sleeper but that is just for people who are extra sensitive. Location was perfect. Would recommend to all and would stay again.

This is an ideal place to stay for tourism in Vienna. The hotel is beautifully appointed and the rooms spacious. It is literally a three-minute walk to Stephansplatz, the center of tourist activity from which shopping, dining and entertainment radiates. A home away from home
A truly unique hotel with a lot of tradition and history. Celebrities like Mozart, Liszt and Bruckner stayed there. It is beautifully decorated, with exquisite carpets, paintings and treasures of the past. Additionally, the location is excellent and lets one explore this beautiful city quite effortlessly. My only complaint: there were mosquitoes in the Breakfast room. This definitely needs to be addressed.

Review What a wonderful hotel!! If you want to experience the spirit of Vienna, this is the hotel to be at. The furnishings and decor are comfortable and beautiful. The fact that the rooms have AC is a huge win in the hot summer. The hotel is on a quiet street but thirty steps away from the main pedestrian area. The staff is charming and wonderfully helpful. Even when a fellow guest threw a fit during breakfast that they didn’t have the correct fruit nor yogurt for his muesli, they maintained their professional demeanor (despite his rantings) and made sure to have what he demanded available the next day. They also apologized to us for any discomfort we may have experienced (of which we did not), which was incredibly kind of them to do so. I will absolutely be returning.
