Nice place but wouldn’t stay again.
While the location was great, the room was not what was pictured when we selected it on the hotels dot com website. It clearly stated on the reservation that we wanted 3 separate beds. Then, they tried to charge me for making up the third bed. It was ridiculous. The breakfast was nice and for the most part the couple was helpful but I probably wouldn’t stay there ever again.

Comfortable, close and cozy
What a find! You’d never know that a lovely well appointed home away from home boutique hotel is behind the wooden door right inside the Via Romano gate. Our rooms were clean and bright with a view of Siena. Our host Ana was so attentive to our needs and gave us great recommendations. Breakfast was varied and abundant and served by another Ana who was very helpful too! With only four rooms, it felt like an oasis away from the Siena hustle and bustle. There is no front desk or full-time staff, so if your looking for a hotel with full service it may not be for, but if your looking for a charrming quiet spot it’s quiet nice. We enjoyed the library/ lounge area and breakarea too!

Fantastic stay in Siena
From the time I booked my stay at B&B Palazzo Bruchi, I knew I made the right decision. Communication was excellent and I felt very taken care of. Location of this B&B was incredible with so many amazing restaurants nearby and within close walking distance to many of Siena's top attractions. The room was comfortable and service was top notch. I would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Siena.

Very unique and wonderful location. The room is located on a busy street, and yet, it is absolute quiet and serene. The view out of the room is to die for. B&B Palazzo Bruchi is the perfect accommodation for a stay in Siena. Although in a charming historic building, it is beautifully appointed in a modern style and is kept spotlessly clean. It is in a quiet location with lovely views, yet it is only a few minutes' walk to the centre of the city, and within easy reach of the bus and train stations. An excellent breakfast is provided which offers plenty of choice. The hosts, Anna & Leopoldo, are very kind and welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble for them.
