The reception staff were absolutely LOVELY. Warm, welcoming and going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The mattress was great! I’ve asked to know the brand :). Bathroom spotless, bedding spotless and not over perfumed . Downsides? The drapes could do with deep clean, windows don’t open. Recommend for a comfortable, restful stay in a great location, v near some nice cafes, and easy walking to Victoria and Pimlico. and reasonably priced by London standards.

This hotel was wonderful!. It exceeded our expectations, since the room we were appeared to be just renovated. The location is great, especially if you are using bus. We would stay there again with no hesitation.
