Very Dissapointed
This trip there was a noticbale differece from past trips. The room wasn't clean, the elevators were hardly in service, one was completely down and the other broke down for a few hours one evening forcing all guest to use stairs. Front desk staff were very nice, that was the only saving grace.

From the moment you enter the door, you are genuinely welcomed and made to feel that you matter. The entire staff are so friendly and helpful. That is what really impressed us.
