The location is very good, and the building is very nice. However, considering the amount paid for a five-day stay, I expected something better. The apartment needs renovations; the kitchen is old and has few appliances, and the bathrooms are outdated. In addition, some pieces of furniture are in poor condition, including a damaged dining room chair and worn-out balcony furniture. If I were the owner of this apartment, I would renovate it, because it is a nice building with good service, but it definitely needs an upgrade.

We stayed 4 nights, in family and spent a great time.
The apartment is very comfortable to receive 6 people. There are 2 rooms.
1 main room, with a king size bed, private bathroom.
1 room, with 2 queen beds, in private bathroom.
There is a sofa bed to complete if needed.
Nice view, partial ocean view.
Small terrace to enjoy with a drink.
2 pools, 1 jacuzzi, etc... plus private parking (1 place).
However, what would be appreciated is to have more cooking dishes, especially for the oven.

The condo is well-located and has a good layout, but the unit has a strong chemically smell (like from laundry detergent). It hits you as soon as you walk in. After our son had difficulty breathing at night, we at first tried washing the sheets with unscented detergent, hoping to get rid of the smell. It took us a few days to realize that the unit owners used that smell to mask the mold in the apartment, which seems to emanate from the HVAC closet to the right of the doorway. Three people out of the five in our party got sick because of the mold. We ended up having to go to urgent care (initially thinking it was the flu or something similar), and they confirmed that it was an allergic reaction. We just got home, and all of our clothes now smell like mold - we have to wash or dry clean them ASAP. I believe the owners know about the mold and use strong fragrances to mask it. STAY AWAY IF YOU DON’T WANT TO GET SICK!!!
