Alugamos 3 quarto, dois estavam perfeitos mas um deles Estava tudo ótimo até usarmos o chuveiro que estava aberto e saindo agua pelo lado e a internet não funcionava (modem ligando e desligando e wifi caindo). Sao dois pontos simples de resolver. Com isso resolvido eu com certeza recomendo o local

Prédio novo, quarto d tamanho médio, bem funcional! Decoração bonita, ducha excelente. Estacionamento d muita manobra mas resolve! Acesso fácil a pé a estação Mackenzie do metrô. Achei muito viável tudo!
